Return and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible and fair as possible. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking our mobile bartending services.

To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking.

• This deposit reserves your event date and covers initial administrative costs.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
   

• 30+ days before event: Full refund minus deposit
• 15–29 days before event: 50% refund of total amount paid
• 7–14 days before event: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days before event: No refund
   

No refunds will be issued.

If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate you:

• Rescheduling is allowed up to 14 days before the event, subject to availability 
• Your deposit will be applied to the new date.
• Only one reschedule is allowed without penalty.
   

In the event of extreme weather or circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.):

• We will work with you to reschedule the event. 
• If rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus non-recoverable costs.
